The whole experience was great. Everything was perfect, favourable location next to right across the street from a TA Truck Stop, Wheat Ridge, California, cool staff. The room with a view. Had breakfast in the restaurant.

Thoroughly enjoyed the tidy room with a patio and the way it was setup. The hotel had a great location just next door to the entertainment center and a commercial area. Van Bibber Open Space was 2 miles away from the venue.

The hotel's location is great, being close to a commercial area, right across the street from a TA Truck Stop, Denver, and Colorado. The room is very affordable and comes with a patio and a nice view, among other comforts.

The room was small, dirty and in the basement. The staff was rude. And when I had a friend stop by for a visit the lady at the front desk actually stopped him, checked his driver's license, wanted to hold it until he left abs then insinuated that he was a dope dealer!!!!

Rude staff who DID NOT lLISTEN to people's genuine complaints. They were defensive and outright lies. In my case and several others breakfast was not available at 6 am as stated. The response was "yes it was. We have cameras. We check camera every day it wast there at 6. ". The breakfast wasn't there at 6 or 6:25 when I had to leave to go to work. Also was told I didn't pay for meal when I did pay for it . Poor explaination to many on holding $50 on card in case something broken or stolen, but if all ok $ would be returned . Maid did not follow the green card instruction either.

The staff were nice people. The breakfast was basic and sufficient. Easy highway access. Our room had a refrigerator and microwave. The facilities need a serious upgrade, but the people there were always helpful and accommodating.
The facilities need upgrading but are reasonably clean. The facade needs better lighting.
